He founded NextSite Consulting to help medical and dental practice owners make informed, strategic real estate decisions — providing financial modeling, practice valuation, and market analysis to guide clients through lease, buy, or build decisions with long-term financial and operational goals in mind.
Prior to founding NextSite , Jason served as Director of Medical and Dental Real Estate at Crown Tenant Advisors, where he exclusively represented the interests of doctors in their real estate decisions. Before that, he spent over a decade as a Sales Representative at Patterson Dental, working alongside dentists in the Roswell, GA area on business plans, build-outs, equipment, technology, and growth planning.
Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Communication from Georgia College & State University and is based in Roswell, GA.
